design consultation
Let's get to know each other! Every service begins with a Design Consultation. This meeting starts with a walk through of your space as we get to know each other, listen to your wants and needs and see how we can help make your dream home a reality!
We will assess your space, go over project scope, and answer any and all of your design questions. Any quick measurements and photos will be taken before we leave.
It is helpful to prepare in advance any photos or magazine pictures that have caught your eye. If you have a Pinterest board we would love to have the link prior to our meeting.
After the initial consultation we will put together a project proposal for you with details on pricing & timelines.
After the acceptance of the proposal, contracts are sent and a retainer is required to start your design. You can expect an estimated turnaround in 3-4 weeks for your first project presentation depending on our current project schedule and the size of your project.
Design Consultations are $350 and payment is due upon scheduling.
residential remodeling
We love nothing more than a great before and after. Every successful remodel starts with a plan. With years of experience behind our belt, we know how to design around existing elements, plan for the unexpected and prepare you on what to expect regarding cost, timelines and material selections.
Our services include space planning, floorplans, drawings, 2D and 3D renderings to envision concept designs, cabinet elevations, material specifications and on-site meetings.
Please note we are not general contractors but work with many that we are happy to recommend.
This service is charged at a fixed rate based upon your scope of work with an ongoing hourly rate of $200 for material selections, modifications and site visits. A series of on-site meetings is built into your project proposal to ensure your contractor or building professional understand the design plan and everything is being executed appropriately.

Are you building a new home and wondering when to get an interior designer involved? The sooner the better. Space Planning is key to any successful build. We prefer to help you from the very beginning, inevitably saving you money and time in costly mistakes and change orders.
Starting from the initial stages we work with you and your building team to review your floorplans, improve flow, ensuring everything you want fits, including furniture and that free standing tub you've been dreaming about.
We will plan a series of meetings to choose materials, finishes, colors, furniture and fixtures that are appropriate for your budget. During construction we are your advocate and will work closely with your building team to ensure the design concepts are communicated and executed according to plan.
This service is charged hourly at $200
commercial design
Whether you’re kicking off a new construction or a remodel project, our commercial design services will go beyond flooring—from countertop and wallcovering advice to furniture and lighting selections—we are experts in space planning and navigating you through the best choices to make for optimal flow and efficiency.

If your project includes remodeling, we will work closely with contractors regarding space reconfiguration and interior updates. We have the ability to integrate brand colors, logos, and other visual elements into the interior; including signage and custom flooring.

You might be wondering what is full service interior design? Full-Service Design is end-to-end design. It is meant for complete rooms of furniture and décor. This service is ideal for the client who needs guidance with a cohesive and complete design. You get to sit back and relax while we get to work on making your home intentional, functional and beautiful.
This Service Includes:
-Creating Design Concepts.
-Sourcing all furniture & material selections.
Including custom furniture, fabric,
lighting, rugs, and decor.
-Design Presentation at our studio.
-Procure everything from multiple vendors.
-Monitor shipping and receiving statuses.
-File any claims or returns if anything comes damaged or not to our standards.
-Arrange for White Glove delivery.
-Oversee installation.
This service has a minimum design investment fee of $10,000.

Our Designer for a Day service is ideal for projects that just need a day of design focus. Together, we’ll walk through your space, give you fresh ideas for color, style, and flow, rearrange furniture, and help you envision your home's full potential.
This unique service is perfect for prepping for holiday gatherings and parties. This 5 hour service must be booked and paid in advance.
